Introduction
To help structure the South Bay Salt Ponds long-term restoration planning, the Project Partners (State Coastal Conservancy, U.S.
CCP got its start in 1992 as the California Center for Public Dispute Resolution before it transitioned to collaborative policy services. Its staff has worked on some of the state’s most pressing, visible and complicated issues including water, transportation, public health and homeland security. The client base has grown to include local, state and federal governmental agencies, tribal governments, non-governmental organizations and private industry.
