Description

You can help the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge with some trail maintenance around the Environmental Education Center in Alviso. Activities may include sign cleaning, pruning overgrown vegetation, weeding, and litter pickup. All gloves and tools will be provided.

Please arrive promptly to allow time for check-in.

Please note, volunteers under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Other Considerations:

  • Wear comfortable clothing, long pants, sun protection and layers, and closed-toe shoes - all that you don't mind getting dirty!
  • Restrooms will be available on-site in the form of an ADA-compliant portable toilet and hand-washing station.
